This is an exciting and challenging role in our Account Management team, where you will run your own portfolio of customers and identify needs for growth, development and savings potential. You will actively partner with all types of partners internally and externally on all levels to create and gain valuable opportunities. Responsibilities Continuous improvement in all chains and focus on portfolio growth Prioritize to lead your portfolio on targets Manage renewal processes and negotiations on executive level to renew your client portfolio Analyze and identify customer needs and deliver business case with strategy plan, savings plan and optimized product setup to create development and commitment. Drive decisions to results within your portfolio Present in larger groups and for executives Developing, monitoring, following up and reporting portfolio performance Prepare and present quarterly business reviews for your portfolio with suggestion of actions Contact with clients via phone and email Supporting other Account Managers Efficient Resource Management based on current portfolio size, implemented volume, new sales Handling accounts and providing them with reports and use those as a platform for increasing spend. This may include choosing new technologies, analysis of their travel budget, negotiation with travel providers. We are seeking for an experienced and analytical Account Manager/Sales Professional who is used to working and negotiating with B2B accounts in a global setting.
