We are looking for someone with Passion! A highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach to working both independently but also as part of a multinational team. Day to day: You will join our small, highly expert global insurance team. You will have the opportunity to use your experience to identify and develop new, innovative and best in class insurance solutions to the market. The Insurance team is primarily focused on the development and deployment of commercial insurance products which address the needs and risks that face our leasing customers on a daily basis. You will be responsible for all stages of product development. From identifying opportunities, designing/negotiating products with our insurers, to building business plans and manage implementations. This will all be carried out as part of an overall insurance strategy for your regions. This strategy will cover a wide variety of lease portfolios, asset classes, risk types and distribution networks. Specific relevant experience that you have gained in developing insurance products within a leasing and/or banking environment will be particularly beneficial, as will knowledge of the regulatory environment governing such insurance activities. “We not only live up to the expectations of our customers for today, but also anticipate their market needs of tomorrow.” Essentials: A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field At least 5 years of relevant insurance experience in developing and/or selling insurance products. Professional Insurance qualifications (WFT Schade & Leven or similar). Experience within a lease or bank insurance environment. You possess strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. You have a highly organized approach to project management, ongoing reporting and an ability to work within stated deadlines. You are highly numerate with an analytical capability and approach to identifying new opportunities.
