Samsung GroupGeneral Description a) Compensation & Benefits (50%) In this challenging role you will manage the payroll and benefits for 185 employees. You will also manage all benefits, the performance management program (MbO) and other employee rewards. b) HR Business Partner (50%) In this role you will consult and manage a dedicated employee segment in all HR related matters by taking on accountability for driving the manpower plan in line with the business requirements. This covers the full employee life cycle, and will include talent management and active coordination with learning & development. As a trusted business partner you will manage all matters related to human resources and organizational capabilities in the assigned segment. Necessary Skills / Attributes In this role you are working in the HR Team and you are responsible for the following areas: a) Compensation & Benefits • Manage the monthly salary runs in cooperation with an external payroll provider • Data maintenance and managing data quality in our proprietary HR system (GHR Hub) • Managing the process and calculate the quarterly (for sales) and semi-annually (for non-sales) bonus payments • Advise the relevant stakeholders around remuneration and labor costs • Managing reporting and HR statistics • Responsibility for personnel insurances, such as KTG, UVG, AHV, FAK • Being the major point of contact for all salary related questions and issues • Managing a small number of expatriate payrolls, including onboarding, trans-national payrolling, internal charge-backs, insurances etc. • Active support in managing the yearly salary adjustment and promotion process, including benchmarking and budget control • Analyzing salary benchmarks and job evaluations • Managing the touchpoint and data flow between HR and Finance, including financial reconciliations between HR and Finance systems • Being a key contributor in various strategic HR projects, namely introduction of a new HR system b) HR Business Partner • Add value to the HR function by providing advice and planning necessary capabilities to reach the business goals • Maintain the manpower plan and support the implementation of the business strategy; drive related initiatives • Ensure the effectiveness of HR processes (recruitment, talent management, people development, compensation & benefits, performance management) in your area • Manage employee relations issues and act as an advisor and coach to the leadership team of your area • Managing the annual competency and appraisal process • Ensure compliance with internal & external regulations • Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of the HR function We are looking for a motivated talent with the following experience and qualifications: • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or equivalent or commercial education with further qualifications in HR Management • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a comparable position in international HR Management • Track record in multiple Human Resources disciplines (Compensation& Benefits, Training & Development, Organizational Design/Development, Employee Relations, Staffing, etc.) • User proficiency with an ERP HR Module and Performance Management Systems as well as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Solid understanding of Swiss labor law and broad experience in handling complex employee relations topics Language skills: • German: mother tongue • English: on a high level written & spoken • French: nice to have Personal skills: • Ability to deal with all levels of employees , being the trusted partner for all HR related matters • Long term professional experience working in a multinational organization • Hands-on and pro-active with an efficient and effective work style in a challenging environment • Stress resistant, • result oriented • team player with drive, • ability to work independently • Discreet, trustworthy In our pursuit of excellence, Samsung is continuously looking for dynamic individuals.
