Job Description
Your tasks:
Support in the recruiting of seasonal assistants, such as job vacancies, applicant management, including review of application documents, correspondence and appointment agreement
Contact for employees and managers on all personal administration issues
Organization of entry and exit as well as preparation of employment contracts and contract amendments
External and internal correspondence
Creation of certificates, reports and certificates
Organization of recruiting events
Support in all administrative activities
Your qualifications:
Commercial training, ideally supplemented by a further education to become a person responsible for the salary
Several years of professional experience in the field of human resources
Safe appearance and enjoyable handling of people at all hierarchical levels
Accurate and independent operation, combined with excellent organization skills
Good English skills as well as in the application of MS-Office, Outlook and SAP-HR
