The role As a HR Business Partner you sit right at the heart of driving this growth focussing on three distinctive areas to add real value to the business…Organisation Effectiveness, Talent and Performance Enablement. This role provides HR Business partnering support to Northern Europe Commercial based in Denmark. The HRBP for Commercial will play a key role inexecuting the organisational and people agenda in country; Partnering with the Global Talent and OE business partners and the Northern Europe Leadership team on making sure we have the right structure, capabilities and talent for the future as well as creating the right environment for our teams to deliver exceptional performance. Your challenge Partner with Global & Europe Talent & OE business partners todeliver the Organisation Effectiveness agenda translating the business strategy and pulling the levers of capability, process, WOW, structure, culture, behaviours, leadership, and talent to deliver the outcomes for Northern Europe Commercial and broader business. Support the development and delivery of the functional talent & capability plan to ensure we have the right talent to deliver the ambitions of the organisation today and tomorrow. Coaching line managers to enable them to create an environment which is clear on performance management putting in rigour, consistency and discipline. Ensuring compliance with our HR relations policies and processes. This includes liaison with the employee relations manager, operations manager, reward team, first point and coaching of people managers and employees against local geography requirements. Support initiatives which drive further simplification and standardisation in order to deliver the agility required for future business performance. Your Profile Degree level qualification Solid background in at least one HR discipline demonstrating proven ability to shape and deliver organisational effectiveness. Ability to use HR data and analytics to diagnose trends and link to business performance outcomes Ability to take commercial insights and translate into the Talent and OE interventions to influence the business Excellent coaching and relationship building skills. Understand what drives value for the business area you support, and puts effective interventions in place to enable this. Proven ability to cope with ambiguity and can be relied upon to make sound judgement when necessary. Ability to challenge across all levels when ways of working are not in line with operational model Excellent Command of the English language.
