DarkMatter has a weak spot for hiring Genius’s and we’re at it again. This time we looking for Implementation Engineers – Network and Security. This particular Genius would be responsible for and specifically skilled in the detailed design, build, implementation and turnover to production of Security Ecosystems

In the last twelve months we have seen our ranks swell from 100 to over 500 working out of five offices across three continents. We have launched a full suite of cyber products and services including Governance, Risk & Compliance, Cyber Network Defence, Managed Security Services, Infrastructure & Systems Integration), as well as Secure Communications.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of installation and configuration in one or more of the following core functions of Security technologies such as SIEM / Log Monitoring, DLP, Encryption, Vulnerability Management, Payload Analysis (Sandboxing), Endpoint Behaviour Analysis and Forensics, Endpoint Threat , detection and Response, Security Configuration Management, Identity and Access Management, Security Orchestration and Automation, Digital Rights Management

The ideal DM Genius would have a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical capability, with at least 2 years in a technical role, preferably working for an IT Services or Systems Integration organisation together with a good degree level qualification in a Computer Science or related field also experience of security product installations to best practice standards. This genius would also manage implementation tasks, with attention to detail and while under pressure is always a good time to start your day, this candidate would also lead the technical implementation for complex technical projects involving participants from multiple areas of the company or vendors all while demonstrating experience of involvement within medium to large-scale project driven implementations, your technical deployment understanding of troubleshooting methodologies, steps, and tools.
Your experience of mentoring, training and teaching operational support personnel will make you a genius we want to talk too. A mind-set and desire to confidently hand over into operational support with pride. Technical deployment expertise in using various monitoring, management, and capacity planning tools. Excellent inter-personal and communication skills; capable of writing technical documentation, acting as a vendor liaison, work closely with Senior Implementation Engineers and peers. Lastly maintains and evangelises strong values of integrity, commitment, and self-improvement to self and others

After this you will have a technical interview once you pass that we will move you to the functional phase of interviews with someone from the team you would be working in to take a deeper dive into your skills and personal attributes.
Assuming you come this far, we will then wheel out the big guns and you will have a final round of interviews with BU Head before we make a decision.
