M&E CoordinatorPosition Title: M&E Coordinator Division: Global Programs Group, Information & Media Practice Reports To: Eurasia Regional Manager Position Location: Tbilisi, Georgia Applicant Requirements: Georgian citizen, English and Russian language proficiency About the Position: The M&E Coordinator, under the supervision of the Eurasia Regional Manager, will conduct on-going monitoring and evaluation to improve regionally contextualized safety trainings for journalists. The M&E Coordinator will promote knowledge sharing, participant tracking and evaluation and produce reports to share key findings and analysis of results. The M&E Coordinator will also work in collaboration with the team to develop and maintain the curriculum. This position is open to Georgian nationals only. What You’ll Do: In coordination with the Eurasia Regional Manager, the M&E Coordinator ensures the project is implemented according to project plan through the following duties and responsibilities: • Conduct ongoing monitoring and evaluation of trainings and materials to assess learning outcomes and monitor training quality and implementation, including regional input and feedback to follow up; • In coordination with the Eurasia Regional Manager, design, lead and document evaluation activities to examine program impact on beneficiaries; • Draft training an activity reports, analyzing results and trends within data for internal and external reporting purposes. • Based on findings and evidence, support program staff in developing strategies for program improvement; • Provide quality training and activity data, as well as promptly respond to any other monthly or quarterly reporting requests; • Coordinate and steer the curriculum development and maintenance in all its aspects; including but not limited to incorporating M&E feedback and strategies for program improvement; • Other duties as assigned by Center Manager. Qualifications: • University degree; • Minimum 2 years of program support experience; • Training related experience will be considered as advantage; • Experience in international media development preferred • Familiarity with media landscape in Eastern Europe and the Caucasus; • Experience with applied research, qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods, and indicator development and tracking • Excellent written and spoken English; • Excellent analytic capability, presenting key findings and recommendations; • Knowledge of Russian language will be considered as advantage; • Excellent cross-cultural and interpersonal communication skills; • Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Self-motivated and result oriented; • Team player.
