We are looking for you to represent our area of Internal Medicine in the Medical Office as a Senior Clinical Manager
You will be responsible for developing, implementing and updating a Siemens Healthineers-wide clinical business strategy for Internal Medicine and you will use systematic searches (literature, convention visits, discussions with key opinion leaders (KOL) and your own expertise) to identify and assess relevant trends in Internal Medicine topics
You will communicate business-relevant medical trends within Siemens Healthineers and drive forward the initiation of corresponding R&D or M&A activities as well as the development of business models in this regard
You will cooperate on setting up collaborations and research projects (clinical studies) within Siemens Healthineers and with Siemens Healthineers customers
You will use your expert knowledge to develop and implement clinical marketing concepts internally and to expand clinical knowledge as part of your training activities
You will represent your expertise by giving presentations as part of customer visits and conventions, and you will be involved in preparing publications
You will be responsible for developing and setting up a clinical opinion leaders network (KOL management) in relevant subdisciplines of Internal Medicine or specialist committees as well as associated laboratory medicine and imaging diagnostics
Your qualifications – solid and appropriate
You have successfully completed studies in medicine and have practical experience as a doctor with a wide range of experience in Internal Medicine topics, and ideally also laboratory medicine; specialization or completed training as a medical specialist are desirable
You have documented your qualification for scientific work in the form of a doctorate or comparable academic title. Ideally you will have additional knowledge/qualifications in the field of health economics and/or experience in carrying out clinical studies
You will win us over with your strong communication skills and ability to work in a team, combined with your planning and organizational talents and the ability to think and act strategically
You should ideally also have a network of opinion leaders in the area of Internal Medicine or laboratory medicine, at both national and international level
You will also win us over with your high level of motivation and initiative, you are prepared to travel for business when required (approx. 30%) and you are interested in direct contact with customers
