You will provide Consultancy, Design, Development, Integration and Support professional services at a high technical level and you are also responsible for the provisioning of technology & IT advice and services to both internal and external clients. The role is often project-based and sometimes at customer sites or on a multiple site basis. You are involved technically and professionally in the design of networks, services, systems architecture as well as the development and integration of overall solutions. Activities will include ‘in depth’ analysis, design (both for high and lower level solutions), development, testing/integration and maintenance/support as well as consultancy. You have an active role in the 3rd line development team and will contribute to implementation and operating model improvements for the development of the global hosted CRM portfolio in BT Cloud Contact Cisco and lead the projects and specialist team’s designing and implementing hosted CRM applications and systems in the GS product portfolio and are responsible for supporting and contributing to the strategy and ongoing development. The role covers all components of the CRM systems within BT Cloud Contact Cisco including software, operating systems and networks, and their interface with third party and customer systems.
