Your area of ??responsibility:
Support of the sales team, the sales management and the consulting team in all organizational and administrative matters
Acquisition and maintenance of sales and marketing relevant customer master data in the CRM system
Preparation of customer accounts, preparation of tender documents, ...
Planning, implementation and controlling of sales and marketing activities
Event management: self-responsible organization of customer events, internal meetings and trainings
General assistance tasks: correspondence, travel management, ...

Successfully completed commercial training
Usually have professional experience as an assistant
Have very good German and at least good English skills
Are experienced in dealing with MS-Office
