As a sales representative within Medical, you will have the following reporting / communication lines
Written reports to the Regional Nordic Sales Manager:
Weekly Forecasting
Weekly Pipeline reporting
Monthly highlights
Responsibilities will include:
Achieve monthly/quarterly and annual sales targets (described in annual Personal Budget)
Develop and expand a strong customer basis for the Stryker product lines through:
Building strong and personal relationships with key customers OR and Purchasing staff
Communication Stryker’s high quality and innovative products
Building Stryker’s level of service towards the customer or future customer, through:
Act as a reliable, thrust worthy, always reachable partner in business for every contact inside the hospital
User group instructions and training on products
Update customer contacts on new developments
Frequent business evaluation contacts
Set up, execute and continuously update Territory Management Plan for:
New customer targeting and prospecting (Account Development Plan)
Demonstrations
Support to new customers
Follow up / service actions
Closing projects / orders
Good appointment planning.
Miscellaneous actions:
?Active participation in all business meetings, sales meeting, regional sales meetings, product training, etc
Active participation during exhibitions, seminars, congresses, symposia, etc.
Initiate all necessary actions to improve his/her and Stryker’s performance by initiating education and training and invest in literature studies.
Continuous focus on cost management
Support other sales team members during acquisition actions of other Stryker products to increase synergy within the sales force.
Performance Parameters
Achieve monthly/quarterly and annual sales budgets
Timely reporting to Sales Manager
Requirements Competencies/Experience:
EMS and Hospital, monitors, defibrillators and CPR systems
3-5 years sales experience
Clinical experience
Professional presentation skills
Or similar obtained through education or experience.
