Compared to the traditional technology scope of Maersk Oil, the Technology Strategy introduces a stronger focus on drilling and production facilities, particularly in the direction of automation and digital technology solutions. You will become a member of the Danish Business Unit (DBU), Technical Excellence – Performance Management team, where you will get the opportunity to shape and develop a central role with great influence in driving performance within each of the departments within Technical Excellence. This is by facilitating, integrating and aligning performance discussions, establish KPI’s and global processes while driving continuous improvement across the areas and sub-teams for the benefit of the DBU organisation. Key Responsibilities You will facilitate and drive Technical Excellence processes and input to Business Unit and Global planning and performance processes. Also, you will align and control content of local TE functions performance towards the global performance reports. It is essential that you have the ability to link operational and technical processes to financial and commercial implications. Overall, you will be the one to ensure that safety always is our top priority, to observe company values at any time in all matters and finally, you will be the one to maintain focus on operational and technical excellence and innovation. Your other responsibilities and tasks; • Translate the DBU and Technical Excellence strategic goals into operational and financial targets and personal objectives within the functions • Facilitate the internal Technical Excellence function performance and planning meetings (weekly) • Create and distribute Performance dashboards for Technical Excellence functions (monthly) • Ensure mitigating actions are captured, tracked and delivered by the Technical Excellence functions • Drive establishment of performance tools, analytics, measurements and indicators, ensuring collaboration and consistency across the DBU Business • Risk based analysis for Technical Excellence functions • Monitor and generate reports on performance / compliance toward standards and processes Who we are looking for It is important you address the job with a strong understanding of the Business and People.
