EmersonSUMMARY OF ROLE The Service Contract Manager – will be responsible for all LTSA (Long Term Service Agreements) in Norway to assure we deliver maintenance and service in accordance to contracts. In addition, the Service Contract Manager will be responsible to grow the business/adding value towards all LTSA customers. For the offshore customers, the Service Contract Manager will also play a major role as Project Manager in modification projects. SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Project Management – responsible for project management of service and modification projects • Contract management – responsible for following up all service contracts with regards to financial goals, management and planning of activities and customer relations. • Customer Relations – Develop partnerships at client operations and maintenance management level with key customers and to be the focal point for ensuring customer satisfaction with service delivery. • Customer Value Management – responsible for working closely with customer to understand their pain and to propose new solutions to grow business towards customers • Project Execution - Ensuring that the technical delivery of projects executed by the team meet or exceed project success criteria. • Cost Control –Develop and manage cost for projects and LTSA to assure expected margin. • Sales Support – Support the local Service Sales team to develop and grow the Service business REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent work based experience • Experience in Project Management • Experience in delivering automation systems services • Experience in managing multidisciplinary technical teams • Proven track record of developing high quality customer relationships • Background in industrial control and instrumentation • Proven people Management skills • Commercial and Financial awareness • Strong negotiation skills CORE COMPETENCIES • Business Insight • Drives results • Decision quality • Customer Focus • Develops Talent • Building effective teams • Managerial Courage • Drives Engagement • Ethics & Values
