As a Transaction Support Manager, you will be responsible for driving due diligence engagements for private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers. You will analyse financial and operational results of companies targeted for sale by reviewing accounting records and participating in or leading interviews with management. Drawing on your experience, you will assist in managing engagement economics by arranging staffing, monitoring project progress in terms of hours and fees, communicating issues to project leaders, and ensuring that work complies with our Quality & Risk Management (Q&RM) procedures. You will also participate in business development initiatives. As an influential member of the team, you will help create a positive learning culture and will coach and counsel junior team members and support their development.
We are seeking for a high performing Manager to join our growing Corporate Finance team with the following qualifications;
Strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other related field
Approximately 6 years’ of related work experience
Professional accountancy qualification
Knowledge of IFRS
Understanding of purchase accounting
Understanding of Quality & Risk Management (Q&RM) procedures
Proficiency with MS Office
Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well within a team
English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
Demonstrated integrity, values, principles, and work ethic
Male candidates must have fulfilled or postponed their military service obligations
