As Account Manager CST work within the department Client Services Netherlands in Amsterdam. The department consists of approximately 80 employees. Client Services serves as a center of expertise for Corporate Clients and Non-Banking Financial Institutions that use the most complex banking products and services of ING.
Within Client Services we work according to the methodology and Super7 from the Agile thought. It is working in self-managing Super7 teams consisting of 6-9 people. The teams are jointly responsible for certain objectives. Each team has the freedom, within certain
frames, mutually organize how objectives will be achieved. The management is there primarily facilitating and guiding. The aim is to create an organization that is able to quickly and to respond proactively to internal and external (market) changes and customer services
continuously improve. Personal responsibility, initiative and giving feedback are containing essential elements.
Work means working in Client Services Netherlands in a dynamic and young environment that is constantly changing. We are very ambitious, but we find it very important that we are on a collaboration pleasant and amicable manner with each other and that everyone has plenty of space to the best pick themselves.

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager CST
You are a motivated Account Manager who in everything is geared to optimally serve customers.

achieve efficiencies.
In addition you will have:
HBO and / or university degree, preferably with a minimum of 1-3 years relevant work experience;
Preferably experience with operating Domestic- and Commercial Banking clients in banking;
Affinity with payments;
Knowledge of and experience with banking products, processes, pay channels and systems;
Preferably experience working in self-managing teams.
