The main responsibilities are: Communication with customers using inbound and outbound chat, email and phone; Providing technical assistance for products, websites, etc.; Answering customer queries in timely and professional manner. Handling the administration of affiliate accounts Assist with internal queries Essential skills / behaviours Essential skills/behaviours: •Be fluent in English, both written and spoken •Excellent MS Office knowledge •Interest in Marketing •Multitasking and problem solving skills •Ability to work with numerous procedures •Team player •Excellent communication skills •Technical education is considered an advantage •Understanding of web technology will be considered an advantage Skills considered as an advantage: Internet Specialist, hands on experience with Sniffing tools, Internet protocols & Networking Experience with integrating tracking solutions & debugging of complex systems Experience with analytical, debugging and solving data issues Experience DCM, Net Refer, Microsoft visual studio, JIRA, SQL, Reporting platform Experience with Html5, JS & Others an advantage
