Job Description
Within our Business Transformation organization, you are the guarantor of the value of Dassault Systèmes' solutions to our customers. You work closely with the large sales teams by defining the sales strategy. Indeed, you bring expertise, methodology and coaching to different geographical areas.
Your misions are:
Define and elevate the sales strategy of our solutions.
Create and develop relationships with our clients at the executive level, by being identified as a trusted interlocutor, capable of bringing business value and support to their transformation processes.
Articulate and evaluate the value of solutions (targeting of KPIs, ROI calculations) in order to formulate a real "value proposition" for our clients.
Apply processes and methodologies to target the value, financial impacts and metrics of our proposals.
Contribute to the drafting of responses to RFI / RFP
Ensure the capitalization of client experiences and projects in order to facilitate the re-use of concepts and solutions.
Candidate's profile
Higher education engineering school or equivalent.
You have at least 10 years of professional experience in a consulting role (management and improvement of the business processes) which allowed you to develop a strategic multi-sectoral approach in the industrial sector.
Industrial experience combined with consulting activities will be greatly appreciated.
Ability to interact in confidence with all levels of management of the company.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Good knowledge and understanding of business processes.
Knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions would be a plus.
Ability to identify, maintain a relationship of trust with a complex network in the client (s) and internally.
Demonstrated ability and passion for learning.
Excellent oral and written communication in French and English.
You are mobile internationally for short missions.
