YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analysis and conception of chain-store business processes
Organizing workshops for the purpose of gathering insights into and evaluating customer needs
Optimizing the resulting concepts in collaboration with customers and the Development department
Configuring and supporting the quality assurance process for GK/Retail products
First point of contact for our customers with respect to all functional issues
YOUR PROFILE:
Degree in (management) science/IT or similar
Ideally 1-3 years of professional experience in retail or consultancy
Knowledge of and experience in the area of retail, POS or ERP
Extensive IT-related knowledge
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
Willing to travel, both nationally and internationally
