Job Description
Job purpose Support Advisory department in business development activities – participate in development, driving and implementation of business development strategies, assist with selected business development and lead the analytics on clients & markets.
Role and responsibilities
Support the country Clients and Markets leader in developing the C&M strategy, monitoring execution of the strategy, communicating interim and final results.
Data entry and analytics on clients & markets with responsibility for data accuracy, regular update and reporting
Understanding and emphasizing the data risks and quality aspects of marketing programs for different industries/clients
Sourcing and maintaining industry statistics including client credentials and thought leadership
Update priority account matrix and KPIs
Support practice staff in maintaining CVs and credentials up to date and in line with specific industry requirements
Oversee and monitor activities and results of key priority accounts – help account drivers drive plans and attend account meetings/planning workshops
Support sector and priority account drivers with best in class practice
Maintain industry specific templates/previous examples
Helping key account teams track the profitability of their accounts
Investigate and analyze differences between budget and actuals in revenue results
Attend xLoS priority account and industry meetings and build relationship with account drivers
Take minutes at key sector or key priority accounts meetings
Work with teams on developing large proposals, finding and coordinating resources for new opportunities
Knowledge and skills required
Higher education in Business or Marketing
Experience in Business development/ Sales minimum 3 years
Experience in consulting is preferable
English language upper intermediate
Strong MS Excel skills
Good communication and writing skills
Strong analytical ability, with experience of researching, capturing, analysing and developing recommendations based upon complex data sets
Attention to details, multi-tasking
Proactive with a positive ‘can do’ approach.
