Your tasks include: Providing excellent customer service experience for our UK-based customers Assisting our customers over phone, via email and chat Maintaining and developing customer relations Contributing to continuous improvement Handling on-line applications Making decisions according to our policies Meeting targets for accuracy, quality, volume, and agreed service levels Working 8-hour shifts between 9 AM and 11 PM from Monday to Sunday based on a schedule The ideal candidate should Have experience of working in a call centre Have good end-user computer skills Turn attention to detail and be punctual Be able to adhere to procedures and regulations - we work in a regulated sector and strive to comply with rules and make sure we're responsible Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Join us if you’re fun to work with and looking for a challenging environment!
