What are you going as CLT Member Private Banking & Wealth Management do?
If CLT Member Private Banking & Wealth Management will work in a team of 10 colleagues. Along with the other team members will be responsible for picking up from A to Z and processing of mortgage applications for this customer group. You strive to achieve excellence, personal and hassle free service. For this tailoring is necessary. In it, we want to surprise the customer in a positive way and exceed expectations. Do not just think in standard, but just go the extra mile. You are in direct contact with the mortgage advisers Private Banking and Wealth clients guidance in the process of realizing their living experience. Also link you with other parties such as internal hyping departments, loan specialists and / or Financial Engineers Private Banking and Wealth Management, Risk Management and notaries.

Minimal HBO level
Knowledge of and experience with complex mortgage and / or loan applications and evaluate the integral income and capital profile relationships (personal and business).
Knowledge of managing mortgages is an advantage
Knowledge of capacity planning is a plus
Up-to-date knowledge of the regulation of mortgage lending
Excellent communication skills
Experience working in a complex and demanding environment with various stakeholders
You are at least in possession of two of the following three diplomas WFT (Basic, Mortgage Credit and Power) and prepared to achieve the 3rd within 6 weeks.
