This awaits you:
Technical and technical support for part-server operation in the acquisition of strategic partners as a re-seller of our cloud solutions (PaaS)
Analysis of the technical / professional capacity of potential partners as a decision-support measure
Self-responsive provision of onboarding materials and test access for partners
Creation of contributions for specialist publications in the area of ??PaaS solutions to support partner marketing and marketing
Technical and technical support for the design and realization of solutions by our contract partners
Onboarding measures (eg training, administration, modeling) at our contract partners
Internal interface to product development and managed services / operations, in order to anchor requirements of the partner business in roadmap and operation
This is what we expect:
Successful study of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
Technical understanding and IT affinity, interest in innovative technologies and challenging projects, especially in the Cloud and PaaS / Saas environment
Experience in programming or a corresponding basic understanding is an advantage
Experience in customer support and development
Willingness to conceptual work (architecture, professional specification)
Fun and interest in dealing with demanding customers / partners
Communication strength, friendliness and conviction
Very good presentation and moderation skills, also in English language
Efficient, pragmatic, analytical and structured work
Flexibility, resilience, teamwork and assertiveness
Independence and travel
