Job Description
For our Lufthansa Systems location in Berlin, we are looking for a Customer Manager (m / f) with technical knowledge for our product NetLine / Ops.
As a Customer Manager (m / w), you will be responsible for international operations control operations. In this function, you are responsible for advising your customers and professional communication. At the same time, you are involved in migrations projects or you can run them independently, depending on the project volume.
This means in detail:
Process- and product-related advice to the customer
Managing the entire customer communication (presentations at the customer, on-site meetings, regular telephone conferences)
Independent recording and analysis of complex customer requests
Management of customer projects as well as technical support for major migration projects
Development of detailed solutions for change requests
Internal collaboration with Incident Management, Service Management and Product Management and Production
Professional support in the acquisition of existing customer business
your profile
(FH, HS, BA), usually with a focus on economics or similar, with several years of professional experience
High affinity to IT and complex software products
Extensive knowledge of UNIX, SQL, MS-Office
Knowledge in programming and scripting languages ??is desirable
Very good knowledge of the operational business processes of airlines
Multi-year activity with an airline, ideally in Operations Control
Well-founded process knowledge in the Operations Control
Project management skills and experience
Knowledge of the application NetLine / Ops or NetLine / Ops ++ is desirable
