Job Description
As the Group Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) Project Management you head a team of approximately 14 Project Manager and Project Leaders who are responsible for the worldwide introduction of new ASML DUV products (Systems, Upgrades/Options & Services)
Main responsibilities:
Team Management
- Manages and coaches the team members, delegates tasks/assignments, sets priorities together with the programs, solves problems and contributes to a productive working climate
- Ensure adequate organization and staffing to meet CS NPI program requirements
- Ensure proper execution of HRM policies and procedures, conduct employee appraisal
- Responsible for the quality of the team output
Competence Management
- Assure that each team member develops him/herself in line with the individual and team mission
- Own the CS NPI Project Management competency (for all three business line CS project groups: EUV, DUV and YS) and drive continuous improvement in processes, tooling and way of working
- Ensure alignment with main stakeholders and define/maintain/improve OLA’s (Operational level Agreements) with the
- Own and drive the CS Project Management competency and community
Project Management
- Execute and delivers own project results to the organization (either DUV projects and/or Continuous Improvement projects)
