Job Description
Your main focus
Life cycle management and maintenance of the ANVIL/ION platform.
Provide 1st and 2nd line support to ensure stability and continuity of ANVIL/ION platform.
Managing the Operational Controls Dashboard of the ANVIL Application.
Deployment of software solutions in cooperation with Dev engineers into Production.
In addition to developing software solutions, you will contribute to:
Streamlining the end to end IT operation process.
Optimization of the service stability and continuity.
Helping the team to get to the next maturity level with respect to ION technology.
Work with Dev Engineers to meet continuous delivery roadmap.
Your work environment
The team operates as a DEVOPS-team according to a Scrum Agile development process. The focus is on high-quality secure-critical software delivered in time. The key development technology used is ANVIL/ION Platform. This work requires high level understanding of business processes to support day to day issues of the Front Office and other desks involved in the chain.

Your key competencies: excellent team player, persistent, service oriented, customer centric, eager to learn.
You love to deep dive technology, searching for root causes of issues and incidents.
Solid knowledge and experience (5+ years) with ITIL.
Experience with monitoring end/or debugging and/or performance tuning of applications.
Good knowledge of implementation of security measures.
Good knowledge of relational databases (e.g. Oracle, Sybase) with the ability to apply it in the context of IT operations.
Good knowledge of Operating System fundamentals with the ability to apply it in the context of IT operations.
Knowledge of at least one of Repo/SBL systems (ANVIL, 4Sight, Global1) is a must.
Knowledge of ANVIL/ION Platform is a preference.
Working experience Nolio, JIRA, Jenkins, HPSC.
Flexible with respect to working pattern/ hours, Standby support.
