Job Description
After intensive training you will focus on your sales know-how and your initiative. Your responsibility lies with the support and development of our Tchibo depots, our shop-in-shop system and the observation of the competition environment. In dialogue with department heads, market leaders, business owners or chain stores in your sales area, you ensure the best possible exploitation of your potential and control sales and sales promotions as well as sales promotions. The special Tchibo brand appearance is ensured together with the service personnel on site. Of course, a committed back-office team will provide you with everything you need to succeed in the market. At regular meetings and seminars, you will exchange ideas with your colleagues and will be trained in a targeted manner. We also have a performance-oriented remuneration and a company car for private use.

A completed commercial training
We require several years of professional experience in the field of the food and beverage industry and as a market / merchandise manager in food retailing
Success and self-reliance, combined with the ability to adapt to different conversation partners
Secure handling of MS Office
A place of residence in the immediate vicinity of the registered area of ??application (+/- 30 km) or appropriate relocation
