Job Description
The application area builds hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulators for testing future automotive ECUs. The control unit range extends from the drive train (engine, gearbox) to vehicle dynamics control units (ESP, steering, air suspension), safety-relevant control units (airbags, belt tensioners), driver assistance controllers (track changing assistants), hybrid and e-vehicle control systems (battery management) .
As a result of new control unit versions, vehicle platforms or new HIL functions, existing simulators are periodically rebuilt and extended and new systems are built up.
In our project center in Böblingen, we work together with the development departments of many automotive manufacturers and suppliers. To support the assembly, we are looking for a skilled worker (w / m) as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
Mechanical design, electrical wiring and testing of the simulators in 19 "cabinet technology
Support for development engineers and technicians in the planning and construction of simulators
Support for the commissioning of simulators
Production and testing of sample circuits and cable trees
Your profile:
Successfully completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering / electronics, communication technology, information technology or in comparable fields
Interest in automotive electronics and good knowledge in the field of electrical engineering
Professional experience is an advantage, but not a condition
Independent work and high teamwork
Safe handling of Microsoft ® Office is desirable
Driving license class B
