Position Summary Work closely with the Partners to have a positive impact on their business performance. Provide comprehensive support to several Partners leveraging their time to successfully service BCG clients. Represent BCG through professionalism and unique level of service.
The person should demonstrate a high degree of competence in the following areas: complex agenda management, proactive follow-up on client development, A-Z worldwide travel arrangements, proof-reading. Team with other Executive Assistants ensuring synergy in the team’s projects and processes. Collaborate with other Business Service Teams (BST).
Job Responsibilities The successful candidate will take on responsibilities including but not limited to those listed below.
Support all aspects of Partners' client work:
Manage highly complex calendars and political sensitivities to schedule client meetings, case team meetings and events
Effectively prioritize client needs (both within and across different client teams)
Team with other EAs/Staff members to ensure casework is effectively coordinated
Assist with client communications, slide-writing/decks, Excel and research, as required
Maintain high levels of confidentiality
Support business development of Partners:
Coordinate client outreach both during case work and throughout the year
Be a thought partner for business development planning
Build and maintain relationships with key clients' support staff
Support all aspects of Partners' internal commitments:
Proactively manage internal commitments and effectively manage prioritization between client and internal commitments
Coordinate all administrative tasks for Partners:
Screen and respond to incoming communications
Coordinate all travel needs
Process Tile and Expenses reports on timely basis; reconcile monthly corporate card charges
Provide general administrative support: telephone support, mail, copying, client material management/archiving, contact management, calendar functions, voice mail and e-mail distribution
Team both within and across offices; provide back-up to other EAs as needed
Basic Job Requirements
Ideally secretarial degree with ~4 years of progressive secretarial experience in a professional service firm (e.g. consulting/audit company, lawyers…)
Excellent written and spoken French, Dutch and English
Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Power Point, Word and Excel)
