Who are we:
An energetic IT engineer with a passion for and deep knowledge of workplace services .
In this role you will be working within a squad from one of the area's Global Workplace Services (WPS). You like to work in a team mulitidisciplinair same time you also think it is important that you can put your own expertise. Your primary drive and mission in the squad is ING colleagues to provide an excellent user experience by quickly providing safe workplace services.
You work according to an Agile methodology (eg Scrum or Kanban) and through Continuous delivery liver can actively contribute to the design, realization and improvement of services for the global ING workplace. You do that by working end-to-end agile on the customer journey from the Backlog, it is composed of activities for service development, implementation and innovation, operational management and control of risks.
You possess in-depth market and product knowledge of the broad and complex set of technical Collaboration services (Skype, MDM, fixed and mobile, voice recoring, Video and Audio conferencing). Your request acts as product owner for the most complex products and acts as delegated client on major strategic projects. You translate the customer needs to business requirements for the most complex products and ensure the consistency and coherence within the product portfolio. You set global policy at portfolio level, it carries out, representing global WPS on your services.
Knowledge and experience
You have in-depth knowledge of the field of workplace services and strong affinity with IT infrastructure. You have deep content knowledge of the technical and configuration capabilities of the product and underlying technology stack of the specific service that delivers your squad (see mentioned above).
You have relevant experience within a complex international businesses.
You have sufficient knowledge of IT risk to identify the various risks in the services, qualify and reduce so that the organization can keep a grip on the risks and thus may prevent or limit damage to ING
Tasks and Responsibilities
You're with your squad responsible for service design, drafting the roadmap and providing a set of services that meet the requirements of all stakeholders, or even surpass.
You evaluate NPS measurements and controls and realize service improvements to increase customer satisfaction and improve the service.
You are responsible for marketing and communications direction ING colleagues and dissemination of knowledge about your service (s).
You will work closely together and build a partnership with our suppliers of our outsourced services.
You make sure that your service has an excellent user experience, is cost effective and keeps the costs within budget.
You are responsible for identifying the risks in your services, and reduce qualify. You can consider closing Irisk points; carrying out risk assessments (RCSA's) writing risk memos, taking security measures and conducting Key Control Testing. Having more in-depth risk management expertise alongside IT knowledge in one or more of these areas is a plus: Patch Management, Vulnerability Management, Anti-Virus & Malware, Disaster Recovery, Security Event Monitoring, Compliance and Audit.
You participate applications processing contract changes and service. The purpose applications come from all stakeholders of the squad. The squad if they are consistent in quality, alignment with current contracts and completeness.
