It’s the job of the Customer Support team to help our customers achieve their goals using issuu. It’s support’s job to help issuu to continue to be the best digital publishing platform in the world by ensuring that the customers’ stories are at the forefront of our work. The Customer Support team feeds into our core objectives by helping to create customer loyalty and community. We ensure that the customer is getting the most out of the product and the publishers are on the right price plan. As a member of the Customer Support team at issuu, you will be part of a small, international team responsible for finding solutions to issues for our awesome clients and customers - the publishers and the readers. We’re looking for candidates who love to advocate for clients, and have a passion for resolving issues quickly, professionally, and thoroughly. - Our office is in downtown Copenhagen, Vesterbro - The position is full-time - Pay is monthly, competitive and commensurate with your level of experience - You will report to the Head of Customer Success Responsibilities Provide a first line of support for all inbound client inquiries via email Exercise excellent judgement about prioritizing client issues Maintain a highly productive, accurate, and friendly response rate to incoming support tickets A strong ability to research, respond, and follow up on customer tickets Rewrite technical descriptions to understandable language Create and maintain help center articles and video tutorials Report on trends in client inquiries to help issuu detect problems and respond quickly Keep client happiness at the highest level; empathize with the client’s situation You will be working and communicating with both Product, Marketing and Engineering Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working in a customer-facing support role, whether in a full-time or part-time capacity Proactive learner with experience using a support web tool, such as Zendesk Outstanding customer service skills and proven ability to solve complex client issues Excellent English writing skills: ability to explain complex problems clearly and concisely, with warmth, care and personality Problem solver that can synthesize complex information, think creatively, and find the best solution Respond to all inquires with cross-cultural sensitivity, in a timely manner Team player that enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting team members, and at the same time can be a self-driven learner Ability to work independently, staying focused and motivated under all conditions The ability to quickly become an expert on how to use and how to explain the most important issuu features What we Offer You’ll be a part of issuu – an amazing place with room for foodies, geeks, parents, odd birds and the occasional normal person Cool urban surroundings with walking distance to the Copenhagen Central Station Informal, inclusive and very flexible workplace Flat hierarchy – every opinion matters regardless of team and position A sleek Mac and a pretty sweet desk setup Great offices in Copenhagen, Palo Alto and Berlin Details It's a prerequisite that you have a valid EU residence permit.
