Job Description
This exciting role will focus on the Fertility Franchise (global world market leader with over 1 billion revenue and strong growth rates), including pharmaceutical treatments, medical technologies and innovative services. This is role is an unique opportunity going beyond pharmaceutical market access only and hence allows to develop new paradigms for Payer communication. The individual in this role is expected to be a leader across the Commercial and R&D organizations, bringing a sound understanding of Market Access and Pricing to the organization and integrating the payer perspective in marketing and clinical development activities.
One of the key responsibilities will be the execution of the Brand Pricing Strategy, which includes the establishment of pricing guidance and leadership of the pricing governance process. Also, shaping the Value Strategy for the comprehensive portfolio will be a key responsibility of this role. Furthermore, in collaboration with the global head of market access and pricing (MAP) for Fertility, you will represent the Global MAP in the Fertility Franchise and proactively shape the strategies to succeed with payers. In addition, you will need to ensure that Global MAP strategies are cascaded to Country/Regional organizations with an actionable implementation plan. You will also support and enhance the development of clinical, economic and humanistic evidence to optimize pricing and reimbursement.
