PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Globalization Services (GS) acts as “one Face" to SAP Customers, Partners and the local Market Unit for all globalization topics: internationalization, localization and translation. SAP’s Globalization Product Management (GPM) group proactively manages the globalization
of SAP’s product offerings in consistency with the overall company strategy. We enable SAP’s Customers to continuously run a global solution according to their local/country specific needs.
We are currently looking for professionals in Belgium in order to manage the roll-in of legal requirements, to support the roll-out of new localizations and act as a link between our customers, the market unit and the development units.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As the Localization Product Manager for HR/Payroll in Belgium, you will enable our customers to continuously run a legally compliant HR/Payroll solution. You will identify pro-actively the most relevant legal changes for all supported products and enable GS to deliver legal compliance in high quality.
Key tasks will be working in an international team to provide:
Continuous roll-in of requirements from the local market to ensure product compliance
Engagement and alignment with local User-Groups
Support field driven initiatives for localization deliveries
Support our development groups during testing &
customer message handling
Single point of contact for our internal and external stakeholders (Customers, Partners, Market Unit (Sales, Presales, Account Executives), Support, Consulting, etc.)
Support roll-out of localization solutions
Local expert to drive localization of cloud offering for Belgium
WORK EXPERIENCE
More than 8 years professional experience
In-depth knowledge in project management especially for Roll-in/Roll-out activities
Profound knowledge about SAP’s solution portfolio
Working experience in a virtual and international environment
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
University degree or equivalent by experience (Economics, Commercial Engineering, Information Technology)
Very profound HCM & Payroll knowledge on SAP Business Suite and Success Factors Product Suite
Excellent knowledge about the Belgium legislation and country specific requirements in the area of HCM and Payroll
Customer focused in all activities
Enthusiasm for taking initiative and ability to work independently
Team spirit and ability to work with & lead virtual and local teams
Strong analytical skills, effectiveness in problem solving, results orientation, good strategic and conceptual thinking skills
Good understanding of local market insight in Belgium
Ability to present complex information in a clear and appealing manner combined with strong networking skills
Excellent written and oral skills in Dutch, French and English
