They see themselves as designers and creators, help the Recruiting Center to gain recognition and acceptance, and thereby contribute significantly to the success of Burda services
You are a strategic partner of the HR holding company as well as a professional service provider for the operating companies of Hubert Burda Media Holding
As a proven expert, you are driving the continuous development of the Recruiting Center conceptually and operationally
You have a look for the needs of your customers and bring value to your position as a media & digital company with your competence in modern personnel procurement (eg active sourcing, social media)
Together with Corporate HR, you develop relevant recruiting models and concepts to be responsible for them.
In addition to the trainee coordination, you also identify external personnel service providers and manage them in cooperation
Budget and personnel responsibility for a team of currently 9 employees
What we want from you ...
A graduate degree in economics, usually with an emphasis on human resources
You are already a leader or have a profound background in personnel and management consulting and bring experience in the accompaniment and implementation of change processes
Excellent communication and coordination skills, secure appearance, persuasive strength and negotiation skills
Independent, responsible and team-oriented work
English language skills and travel-readiness between our Munich and Offenburg locations
