Job Description
The HR function at Burda is set up in the pillars Business Partner, Service Center and Centers of Expertise. As an HR Business Partner, you are the partner of the management of your company. You are the competent partner in all aspects of HR management, both for executives and employees.
From the business strategy of the digital sector, you direct the relevant HR agenda and, by implementing it, directly contribute to the achievement of the business objectives
They pro-actively support and advise executives in organizational and managerial development
They use modern instruments of personnel work and advise your area in upcoming and future change processes
They control and work closely with the service centers in the implementation of various HR processes
You support HR projects together with HR experts and other HR business partners, develop solution concepts and implement them in your department
In a direct reporting line to the HR Director, you are proactive in the further development of the HR department
You maintain a constructive and trustworthy cooperation with our works councils
What we want from you ...
A completed business studies or equivalent training with a focus on personnel, psychology, social sciences or a comparable course of study
Several years of professional and project management experience in personnel and organizational development, ideally in a media or sales company
Very good knowledge of processes and instruments of modern leadership and personnel development
A facetted, yet deep knowledge of contemporary human resources combined with practice in working with employee representatives
Self-responsible, proactive and solution-oriented work
A winning personality that quickly and rapidly earns the reputation of a trustworthy consultant and contact for employees and colleagues
Distinctive network qualities and in-depth insights into the business processes
Traveling between Offenburg, Munich and other locations in Germany
