What it mainly involves?
Compilation HR budget and plans
Coverings for all HR areas - recruitment, employer branding, training, employee relations, performance management, talent management, compensation, benefits, etc.
Three-member management team HR (HK / OC)
Participation in international HR projects that support the business objectives of the entire GMC
And I have some paper and electronic personnel administration, statistics and work with SAP - HRIS
Who are we looking?
Ej?áristu and senior manager (5 years of relevant experience)
A man with experience of IT companies, development or similar business
Man's experience of medium-sized companies (150-500 employees)
Executive recruiters, not manager
A man with an open mind, common sense and the ability to defend their opinions and attitudes
Partner with a strong personality and a positive attitude
Proactive and reliable colleague, a team player
English-speaking man (B2 / C1) - partly will report directly to the VP of HR of GMC and will participate in international HR projects
