HR Generalist (m / w)
Responsibilities
Planning and implementation of personnel marketing activities (trade fairs, image inserts, social media)
Collaboration in applicant management and recruiting
Collaboration in personnel development (apprenticeship and trainee training, e-learning, etc.)
Creation of statistics and evaluations
Participation in local or group-relevant HR projects
Support of employees and managers in personnel and labor law issues
Competency
Successfully completed commercial training (focus on personnel management is an advantage)
First relevant professional experience
Good IT skills (especially MS Office)
Very high degree of contact and communication pleasure
good written and spoken English knowledge
Very high level of teamwork and flexibility
Independent, accurate and discreet way of working

The collective agreement minimum salary for this post is from € 33,850.00 gross / pa depending on the level of education. Obviously, an extra payment based on individual qualifications and relevant professional experience is possible.
