Responsibilities
Responsibility for various recruitment tasks
Creation, translation, publishing and administration of job advertisements
Coordination and management of job interviews and participation in the final selection of the candidates
Conduct various conversations with recruited employees, for example at the end of the probationary period or to leave the employee
Administrative activities related to recruitment
Participation in various career placements in Switzerland and across Europe
Support for employees and executives
Implementation and participation in various HR projects
Competency
Successfully completed studies in human resources, work psychology or comparable training as HR specialist
Multi-year vocational training in a similar function
Very good German and French skills as well as good English skills
Good knowledge of MS-Office
Dynamic and independent work, teamwork, organizational skills, communication skills, empathy, discretion
