Job Description
As an HR Business Partner (HR BP) you will work with the business on the strategic (People) agenda. You will create an impact by translating the strategy into a People agenda, helping the business to execute the strategy in the process. You set sharp requirements and translate them into epics which are prioritised via the HR portfolio wall so that the HR Impact teams can use them. You ensure consistency within the People agenda of the business and promote the associated strategic HR themes. You are an ambassador for the new way of working and the new culture within the HR organisation.
Your working environment
The HR BP works for the director and senior management of IT and the various Staff departments in the Netherlands and reports directly to the director of HR NL.

Academic professional and intellectual level
At least five years of relevant work experience in the field of Human Resources or consultancy, where you worked as a business partner for senior management teams, acting as a trusted advisor and sparring partner who is truly able to implement change
Through experience you know what the most important strategic and operational challenges facing IT organisations and staff positions are, using your global mindset and not only focusing on the Netherlands
You are able to have an impact on the business on a personal and professional level
Affinity with agile working is recommended
