The Business Line Application Testing Securité Rhône-Alpes, based in Lyon, is looking for a replacement HR manager for a maternity leave.
As part of the RRH Régionale, your main missions will be:
Career
management : • Participates in the development of recommendations to support employees and managers (career paths, training, mobility ...).
HR Administration:
• Performs HR reporting for its perimeter (training, recruitment, career management, remuneration).
• Participates in the administration of the personnel of its perimeter: mobility management, endorsements, follow-up of trial period,
... • Contributes to the respect of the procedures and processes put in place by the Human Resources Department.
Recruitment:
Follows the recruitment process established by its entity:
• Follow-up of the candidates
• May be led to publish the advertisements in accordance with the recruitment plan and the strategy of its entity
• Can contribute to the sourcing and qualification of the candidates Using the tools recommended by the entity (ATS, jobboards, social networks)
• Can contribute to the updating of the application
management tool • Contribute to the realization of recruitment files: can participate in HR interviews, The elements of the employment file and takes part in or draws up a contract of employment.
Profile
If you have a Bac + 3 education, you have a first experience ideally acquired within an ESN and / or in recruitment, or in a service activity with high added value.
Your:
• Ability to create rapport and trust, to integrate into a team.
• Understanding of the group's functioning (organization, processes and trades).
• Good communication.
