Our Team Our DACH team is the biggest in EMEA with over 220 people & Alex Roeckle, our Regional Sales Manager, is looking for a successful Inside Sales Representative to join his team. Your Role The Inside Sales Representative is instrumental in developing leads and working with the Field Sales to manage, maximize and close sales in the DACH area. The Inside Sales Representative plays a vital role not only with regard to lead development, demand generation and revenue generation, but also with Informatica’s reputation in the marketplace. The Inside Sales Representative is a frontline evangelist and the direct line to customers. Your Opportunity We are looking for a driven inside sales professional with experience in closing deals, close attention to detail & ‘strong phone skills’. You will have the opportunity to develop your sales career for the global leader in the world of Big Data. We will help you leverage your sales experience, inter-personal skills and energy to meet team goals. Our Ideal Candidate You have a lot of energy matched with superb communication skills. You fuse these skills with the product training expertise to overcome objections, open up new accounts and secure upgrade opportunities within our existing customer base. You excel in a fast-paced environment and exceed goals. When something isn’t working, you shift gears quickly, and come up with a new approach and renewed energy to tackle any challenge. Fluency in German & English is essential. Your Responsibilities You will contact customers and prospects daily via phone to identify, manage, and close (up-sell or add-on) opportunities through all sales stages. You will conduct regular prospecting and sales calls to target accounts. Using your strong prospecting, account management and closing skills, you’ll achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly pipeline and forecast goals as well as other defined objectives.
