The GSS GCD FSI EMEA has two managers and around 60 consultants. The delivery of services towards FSI customers on worldwide scale is our target. That contains implementations of core business transformations, customer centric and analytics for both, Banking and Insurance.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Supporting innovation projects in FSI with research and communication
Making research in the www for newest trends and developments for FSI
Maintaining team communication space and contributing with critical review
Preparation of virtual and on exceptional basis onsite meetings, support presentations as well as writing minutes
Managing the calendar of the team manager
Assist manager with workflows, raw controlling & reporting data
Support manager and team members regarding administrative tasks, business trip planning and maintaining data, help with activity and travel recording, resource management tools, onboarding of new members, HR and workers council approvals
