Job Description
Tasks:
In this role, you will act as point of contact for internal/external enquiries by phone and email, initiates action and makes judgments about urgency of issues. You will arrange business critical internal/external events, including for example travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, conference registration, visiting speakers. You will fill in and issue special reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence.
You will be responsible for different communication tasks within the area of responsibility, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date. You will Implement ABB processes and initiates of continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Do you hold a degree in Foreign Languages or Communication? Are you both fluent in Italian, English and German? Are you confident with MS Office Applications?
