Accolade, ATL & BTL support, BOP Promotions, SoMe digital platforms and artworks in close cooperation with Marketing Manager Responsible for smaller product launches to be defined by Marketing Manager. Responsible for smaller ATL campaigns to be defined by Marketing Manager SoMe for pre-defined projects: Responsibility for Website & SoMe handling & updates Artworks: Responsible for all artwork changes: Innovations required artwork changes of existing SKUs (new design, recipe changes, changes driven by WESA, artwork element of PPA projects for total Nordics) consumer/brand related BOP Promotions BTL activities: development, implementation and control: Consumer/brand related pack promotional activities (eg. Minifras BOP universe, Minifras Egmont cooperation,) Street samplings (trade related sampling/couponing and in-store tastings in responsibility of CAM) Consumer/brand related festivals/events/sponsorships Support Marketing Manager with market analyses (Nielsen, Gfk, etc) and with the development of business plans and presentations Budget Management: In coordination with the Marketing Manager - Independently lead all A&M budget management including PO creation, accruals, invoice & budget tracking as well as securing internal black swan principle (except for commercial part of A&Ms, eg. Trade marketing cost like POS materials,) JOB DIMENSIONS Financial (AOP 2017) NSV $28,5 MM NOPBT $5,5 MM A&M $ 2,9MM Non-Financial Geography: 5 markets: Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland # of plants: 4 plants - Rotterdam plant (NL), Cupar (UK), NM Foods (DK) , Sante/Witpol Professional Experience/Skills: Essential: Minimum 3 years FMCG brand management experience, preferable within a top 10 player with branded products Proven track record for branded product marketing Experience with developing 360 marketing plans (for both existing and new products) Experience in developing excellent BTL campaigns Good presentation and communication skills as the role require extensive internal and external interaction Experience in Nielsen /Gfk retail/consumer tracking Fluency in Danish (Mother tongue) and English strategic and analytical skills Excellent time and project management skills Competencies/personal attributes: Essential: Strong communication and presentation skills Strong social skills Ability to work independently with complex projects with input from various number of people/functions and without detailed guidance Team player Results-oriented Energetic, enthusiastic and confident
