Junior Management Consultant Data Science & Analytics helps paint a picture of the future on the basis of analysis, knowledge and creativity which is the basis for change processes. We are looking for consultants to develop strategies based on data analysis help transform organizations.
What are you going to do?
Activities:
Solving customer queries using models and analysis based techniques as part of a large business transformation;
Understanding and action control by combining internal and external data with in-depth analyzes
The creation of economic models;
Working with and developing risk management, optimization, simulation and predictive models.
You help clients include their:
Customer Experiences display (customer experience) targeted form
to improve service and trade channels and extend
Marketing performance integration through various channels and optimize
Operational processes to improve
innovate business models and operations
When you come in as a Junior Management Consultant you start with the Consultant Development Community (CDC). This is a one-year program in which young professionals start an intensive training program. The CDC program gives you the skills, expertise and tools to perform at their best and excel in the world of consultancy. Besides your commitment to the customer follow your training and work with other colleagues on a project. After the first year you have laid a solid foundation as a consultant for your future career within Capgemini Consulting.

A completed university degree with excellent academic results, for example Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry ( quantitatively oriented study)
Professional knowledge of Excel and experience with modeling and analysis tools such as SAS / SPSS / R / Stata / Simul8 / Witness / Vensim
A proven ability to quickly analyze complex issues and generate new, sharp insights and solutions
You have an excellent command of Dutch and English
You have strong analytical skills and dares to think differently
You are curious, a team player, and you want to keep learning. You can independently steer a course and you go for the best results
You are able to bind to your customers and build relationships
