Mode of employment: Full time We are looking for an experienced Local Process Specialist for the Source Processes within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain / Logistics organization. You will join a team of 10 employees located at our headquarters in Brande, Denmark.
What are my responsibilities?· You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction· Creation of project plans and facilitation of project teams to complete process improvement projects· Utilization of Lean Six Sigma methodology with the aim of improving processes throughout the organization· Identify root causes and develop creative solutions to problems associated with processes throughout the area of responsibility, in corporation with the process community. Moreover, you will be responsible for presenting these solutions to the management· Ensuring and conducting the proper training of the Buyers at the office in Brande· Develop educational materials on process improvement tools and methodologies to be used for team trainings· Support the team with SAP, Source Mater Data and process challenges· Support the implementation of projects (e.g. Testing in SAP, responsible for UAT and implementation of EDI)· Ensure that all key source processes are documented in a proper way in both process house and document house· Ensuring that global processes are rolled out and followed locally· Support/drive process audit at local level
What do I need to qualify for this job?· You hold a Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management or the like, combined with at least 3 years of relevant experience from a larger international company, facilitating business process improvement, process re-engineering, process design, Lean or Six Sigma projects· You have experience in processes and tools as well as a solid understanding of ERP systems such as SAP· You possess good interpersonal and communication skills and are able to cooperate with people from various cultures· As a person you are structured and have a strategic and analytical mind-set· You are strong on deliverables and implementation· You are fluent in English both orally and in writing
