ING Bank has the step into a new organization put and is fully in line with the agile philosophy. The new organization consists of several t ribes and c yearlings or e xpertise. In a t ribe working professionals with different areas of expertise, which are part of a C HAPTER. Chapter Members of one C HAPTER all have the same expertise and work s quads with a specific mission. If c HAPTER l ead you command a c HAPTER consisting of approximately 8 c ustomer j ourney e xperts. In addition, you will work as a squad member with you the specific mission of one 's will help realize quad. Working at ING B ank means working in a very dynamic and innovative environment, where the ambition is to be a leader and stay in the (international) banking. Of the approximately 40 squads in DBZ service 34 are located in Amsterdam (HBP) and 6 in Leeuwarden (LV). The plot for this function is Amsterdam.
