Essential tasks
Ensuring a profitable category management for online offerings by defining assortment requirements, phasing and sales volumes based on online target group analyses.
Defining and supervising the implementation of onsite marketing measures, promotions & tracking results to derive guidelines for other marketing initiatives & shop optimization requirements.
Defining and supervising the implementation of a marketing plan for user-related channels and categories by appropriate measures (e.g. optimizing channel mix according to budget, designing landing pages and management of agencies).
Ensures, plans and/or develops strategies and plans for implementing new features, tools, and processes for online customers and develops and maintains the annual marketing calendar.
Ensures complex analyses and research activities on market and consumer trends as well as on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns independently.
Ensuring and implementing profitable pricing of online products within area of responsibility by taking relevant factors into account and making decisions on price adaptations if necessary.
Ensuring the operationalization of data driven models for planning, producing and sending out newsletters.
Selects, guides, motivates and develops subordinates within a heterogeneous organizational unit
takes and initiates individual personnel measures in consultation with HR. Derives conclusions and recommendations on plans and strategies which may be based on partially incomplete information
Coordinates and integrates with Marketing and Sales to ensure the implementation of a marketing plan for user-related channels and categories
Translates policies into e-commerce campaigns and programs taking into account current trends and ensures the implementation of these in order to establish standards.
Selects, guides, motivates and develops subordinates within a homogeneous unit of professionals and team leaders
takes and initiates individual personnel measures in consultation with HR.
Requirement profile
Education:
Normally academic education providing thorough theoretical knowledge in an area of expertise. Alternatively: Several practical qualifications and several additional years of practical experience.
General Work Experience:
Five or up to eight years; experience enables job holder to deal with all situations and to advise others. More than eight years in case of missing academic qualification.
Managerial Work Experience:
Three or up to six years experience in planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers.
