In your role as manager capacity and forecast planning, you use Forecasts to ensure optimal utilization of our service provider resources and thus an efficient staff planning in a dynamic trading environment. They identify and analyze all relevant influencing factors, summarize them in the forecast and thus provide the basis for a proactive, event-driven adjustment of personnel requirements planning at the day level. In addition, you carry out data analyzes with regard to service provider availability and productiv- ity, prepare it appropriately for addressees and make appropriate recommendations for action. conditions
A successfully completed degree as well as several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of customer service / call center business
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to address complex issues in an appropriate manner
A communicative personality with high goal orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
Very good deal with MS Office, knowledge of SAP Retail, CRM and BAB
Secure and binding appearance as well as very good English skills
