We are looking for a flexible and versatile Marketing Manager who will be responsible for inbound and outbound marketing activities to help expand the Infopulse presence on the international markets as well as to accelerate lead generation.
This is a full-time position based in our Kyiv office.
Areas of Responsibility
Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns and work with stakeholders to create supporting materials
Manage the execution of marketing campaigns through appropriate channels: website, social media, ad platforms, email, events, etc.
Assist in all marketing activities, including content development, marketing collateral creation, advertising, awards submission, events participation etc.
Connect with external vendors and internal stakeholders to plan, create and execute promotional events and campaigns
Analyze marketing data, such as website traffic, campaign results, conversion rates, etc. and prepare reports
Conduct market research to monitor competitors as well as consumer requirements, habits and trends
Participate in marketing budget planning and development
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of marketing background in an IT company with experience in B2B marketing communications
An avid interest and/or background in Information Technologies and the Technology industry
Ability to use a variety of tools to executive campaigns and perform research and analysis
Knowledge of some website content management system (CMS) is a plus (WordPress would be perfect).
Experience with CRM systems (MS Dynamics) is a plus.
Experience with marketing automation software (Act-On or similar) is a great asset.
Strong communication and team-playing skills
Creativity, independence, self-organization and responsibility
At least upper-intermediate knowledge of English
Able to multi-task and work on more than one assignment at a time
