What will be my responsibilities and tasks?
Ensure compliance with all rules and health & safety and environmental protection
Provide proactive support on all technical aspects of installation works on centerline components performed by subcontractors.
Monitor the time schedule and deadlines, and report on the status of field erection progress to Mechanical site manager.
Induct and instruct all contractors before they commence work, and coordinate their actions.
Provide technical support for claim management and for preparation of outgoing or defense against in-coming claims.
Ensure on-time completion of handover to commissioning team and Erection and Commissioning Manual documentation.
What are the main requirements?
BSc Mechanical Engineering
strong mechanical knowledge
Min. 5+ years work experience (on installation of rotating equipment)
Fluent English knowledge in writing and speech
MS Office proficiency
Excellent leading, collaboration and problem solving skills, abilty to transfer knowledge
Willingness to travel: continuous, 2-6 months long projects abroad.

Demonstrated ability to direct multi-skilled professional teams
Experience in working in a multicultural environment is an advantage.

Before the first project, there is a professional and technical training at one of the Siemens training centers
